I am exactly where I need to be... 

We all have moments in life that one might think are mere coincidences. Certain remarkable random occurrences that can't be explained except it was just "a coincidence" or just happened by "chance." But are they really coincidences? Or is it something more than that? 

With the reflection of my own life, I doubt things happen out of random occurrences or just because. I think our lives are shaped and molded by the choices made by others and ourselves. Regardless of the results from these choices made, I do believe everything eventually works out and is being orchestrated by an unseen force.

Let's say you have a belief in a higher power, God or energy of the universe, or whatever that may be. No matter what that belief is; I ask that you reflect on the coincidences in your life and ask yourself: Did this REALLY happen by chance? 

Albert Einstein says, "Coincidences is God's way of remaining anonymous." Einstein does recognize the divine in anonymity. But I believe that God wants us to know that He is there, and He is shaping our lives into something extraordinary.  

"We know that thou art able to show forth great power, which looks small unto the understanding of men," says the brother of Jared. Nephi refers to this unseen power as "the tender mercies of the Lord." 

I have always loved this quote by C.S. Lewis - "Hardships often prepare an ordinary person for an extraordinary destiny." We all experience the facts of life, whether good or bad. I thoroughly believe it's the decisions made on those happenings OF life that shape our direction IN life. 

I have understood that "We are not measured by the trails we meet, only by those we overcome." I believe there is a higher power that is assisting us in troubled times. It's up to us if we are willing to make the choice to act on those 'coincidences' that will shape our future destiny. 

I have come to know that these random moments in my life are the tender mercies of God. I am grateful for the choices made that are leading me to my amazing life. And I'm looking forward to what this amazing life will bring!
